1. Why is Aerotag the better tag to have on my luggage?

Aerotag is the only system that gives the airport agents instant access to the travelers itinerary. Aerotag is a strong one piece design that will sustain the weight of your suitcase. Where most tags can be removed with bare hands, Aerotag cannot. In case of damage to your suitcase, Aerotag comes complete with a highly adhesive sticker tag for the inside of your luggage with the same serial number.

2. How do I register my aerotag(s)?

To register your Aerotag's for the first time simply click the on home page and follow instructions.

3. Can anyone see my Aerotag information?

NO! The only information that will be seen is the travel details you register such as flights and airlines. For more information please see our privacy policy.

4. Does it work for with any form of travel?

Yes. You can easily register your flights online as well as any other travel details such as cruise's, train, and even bus information. There is a free flow box which allows you to add any information that you wish to be displayed to the locater.

5. How do I change my travel itinerary?

To modify your travel details at anytime, simply click the on home page and follow instructions.

6. How long are my Aerotags registered for?

Depending on the purchase you made, Aerotag either comes with one year or two years unlimited service. Once the Aerotag's are registered in our system, the internal clock will start. After your purchased time has expired, there is a yearly renewal price of $2.99 per tag number.

7. How do I renew my Aerotag(s)?

You will be sent an e-mail (if you have registered one with us) or a letter in the mail asking if you wish to renew.

8. How many Aerotags can I have registered at one time?

You can have as many Aerotags registered for as many applications as you need: ski bags, golf bags, laptops, purses, carry-ons, back packs, hockey bags, the possibilities are endless!

9. Is Aerotag a tracking system?

Aerotag's mission is to give the best identification available, so in the event your baggage is lost the locater will have all the correct information to get your bag back to you as soon as possible.

10. What happens if I get my baggage back, damaged and my Aerotag tag is missing?

Simply send us a copy of the damage report you have made with the airline and the serial number of the Aerotag in question. It will be our pleasure to send you a new tag and sticker free of charge to replace the missing one. Please note that the old serial number will no longer be active in our data base.
